iPhone repair
The prices apply to iPhone repairs carried out by Apple. Your iPhone service may be under warranty or covered by consumer protection laws.
Our prices are in Turkish Liras and include VAT. If you need to replace your iPhone, the replacement is done with a new product or a product equivalent to the new one. We test your product to determine the final service charge. The problem with your iPhone may be unavailable if it is caused by an accidental serious injury or abuse.
iPhone screen repair pricing
The screen repair prices are valid with the following conditions:
- If you need to change your screen due to accidental damage or misuse. If the accidental damage is not covered by the Apple warranty.
- If your screen is not working and your iPhone is not covered by the Apple warranty or consumer protection laws.
If your iPhone has screen damage as well as other damage, see “Other damage” charges.
Battery service
Your iPhone battery may be covered by the service, warranty, or consumer protection laws. Otherwise, you will be charged the battery service charge, except as outlined below.
Other services
You may also need to repair your iPhone for other issues, such as the Home button, the back camera, or liquid damage.
Some of the issues may not be repairable. If your iPhone has a serious accidental damage, or your iPhone is not working due to unauthorized changes, you may need to purchase a replacement product.
AirPods

Please do not forget to bring your Charger Unit, your purchase certificate, or your original AirPods with you.
What is the price of repair or replacement for my AirPod?
If you need a service for your AirPods or Charger Unit, there is no charge if the problem is covered by the Apple Two-Year Limited Warranty or consumer protection laws.
The Apple Limited Warranty covers the defective battery but does not cover wear from normal use. If your battery has a production defect and are covered by our warranty or consumer protection laws, we will provide the product at no additional charge. If the battery service is not covered by the warranty, we may charge your battery for a fee.
If your AirPods or Charger Unit suffers an accidental damage, you can replace the damaged product at a non-warranty charge. If you lose an AirPod or Charger Unit, we can change the lost product for a fee. If you need to change your AirPods or Charger Unit, the replacement is done with a new AirPods or Charger Unit or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
